Their in-house bench jeweler, Michael Feola, has been a jeweler for over 20 years.  Originally trained by his uncle in Italy, he brings with him classic skills that are lacking with today’s mainstream jewelers. Michael learned the jewelry trade in a family-run business. He is experienced in all facets of jewelry making from wax carving to the manufacturing of the finished piece. Michael’s meticulous attention to detail is apparent in the process he uses to bring your idea’s to life. He can help you redesign or, repair your old jewelry, or he can design something new.  He is well-experienced in Gold, Platinum and Sterling Silver.

Leona Talley runs the store with her associate, Lynn McNutt.  We invite you to browse, try on rings, share some jokes, ask about where to eat or places to visit in Sonoma, etc.

The Sonoma Plaza was chosen for their site because it offers an environment that equals no other.  It is history-rich, casual, and offers the visitor a sampling of restaurants, tasting rooms, shopping and historical sites representitive of the Valley.

The carefully preserved buildings around Plaza include the Spanish Mission San Francisco de Solano (1823), General Vallejo’s Barracks, Vallejo’s home and other historic structures open for public tours.

The Sonoma Silver Company was founded in 1999 by Leona and Jim Talley.  They started in a temporary location in a major shopping mall in Marin County, California and by mid 2000, they opened their present store location at 491 First Street West, in an Historic building on the Sonoma Plaza. Jim Talley built the inside of the store to meld with the original adobe design.  

They offer a collection of 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry from local artisans as well as a selection of beautiful designs from countries around the world.  They seek to find the best artisans at the best prices and pass the savings on to their customers.
